Known for the quality of its soil since Gallo-Roman Antiquity, this land has been the first in France to produce a wine that was served at the table of kings.

This territory, a crossroad between the Garonne and the Pyrénées mountains, with Lectoure as its capital, gave its name to a brandy unique in the world: Armagnac. It has the historical precedence of being the oldest brandy still produced today.

Armagnac is 700 years old and often described as “the brandy the French keep for themselves”.

Our ancestral cultivation methods are executed with respect for this certified organic land where controlled water supply and yields, alternative grassing, natural plant inputs regenerating the soil with nitrogen make it possible to transcend the perfection of this terroir.

The result of endless nights of silence and sealed immobility, Haut Armagnac LaRoche-Vacquié will be raised, at the peak of its maturity, to the rank of the greatest Armagnacs of Designation of Origin.

Like in Haute Couture, each bottle is sealed, labeled, dated and numbered by hand, thus paying tribute to the artisanal character of this exceptional nectar.
